"I'm very happy with this product and notice improvement in my skin's clarity. Regarding the drying out of the pads I have a trcik -- when you open the jar only remove the protective seal halfway. Fold the seal back to remove a pad and then place the seal back and put the lid on. Something about the seal helps keep the moisture in."

"It is a good product. but it really dries out FAST, always have to soak it in Glycolic 10% Toning Complex..."

Works great but product dries out

"I have used this product for a few years now, and I love the results; yet, the pads dry up too fast and a lot of product is wasted. I am hoping that DDf will come up with a toner form that I can depend on in exchange for the purchase price. I am also hoping that an organic glycolic line will be developed as I am currently searching for an alternative given the parabens and other toxins I have recently discovered in this product. Overall the results are great, but the pads do dry up half way into them and it's hard to justify the price when that happens. Also, do not use this product without sunblock or if you are planning a day outdoors. It is quite strong and I don't recommend daily use, but once or twice a week for best results."
